Act is providing very poor service in Doddanekundi and Marathahalli area in Bangalore. Recently I subscribed Act fibernet connection but I am not able to use internet from Day 1. I have raised many complaints but they are not taking any action but after 4 hours I am getting message from Act saying that your complaint is resolved.
If I ask again they are taking as new complaint and doing the same. For getting new connection the executive will come within 5 mins but after giving the connection if you have any problem the executive wont take our call. The doddanekundi execute no.He picked my call when I called from new number and I told him that my internet connection have been not working since first day. he told ask customer care and resolve it otherwise disconnect the connection with no refund. I have paid 7000/- for 6 months plan but I am getting worst response from that executive.
Very very Worst service and behaviour from the executive and customer care service. It’s been more than 15 days but still I am not able to use the connection so I am really frustrated with this service. I suggest you to not go for ACT. If you really want ACT connection first you take connection with your name and check the speed and then pay. If you pay early and later you will feel for it.
