No service by email

I have been trying to contact them by email since last 2 weeks. Emails to the helpdesk, nodal office and appellate all bounce back!


I contacted them through facebook where I got some kind of reply but now even that has disappeared!


Being an internet service provider I think it is quite embarrassing for them to have email problems.


I was trying to contact them to clarify what my outstanding amount was. While waiting for their reply I got disconnected! Thanks a lot ACT!


So based on getting zero service by email my rating for this company is down the hole.


It’s a shame because apart from the communication issues, everything else was fine.
