Act broadband not good service

Its been many years I have been using act fibernet and I was paying huge amount for the connection as I had a problem of slow speed and other connectivity issues I had given complaint many times every time they say that your problem will be solved with in 48 hrs but they where not attending the calls and even if some one comes for service he himself dont know to solve the problem and he will tell sum unwanted reason to cover the problem and they close your service call without solving again I have to give complaint finally I got irratated and I thought to disconnect the connection at that time they are giving us continue calls to solve the problem immediately and I said no I dont want this connection please disconnect it I had paid all the bills now after disconnecting the line they are calling me and msng me for more payment as I said why should I pay it when it was not working more than 12 days I had paid till I had used its not my mistake now they are forcing me tortuing me to take the connection again and we will wavier the extra amount see this is wrong
