I have been using act broadband since 2 yrs it gave us the low internet speed nd the customer care is a waste they dnt even know how to handle customers they speak pathetic english which can be only understood by them and they do not have any toll free numbers and any complaint action is taken after few days. Some times it suddenly gets stopped and the reason is not revealed and after 24 hours it will be activated.
