I subscribed for an ACT connection a month back in Secunderabad for a 25 MBPS plan. Prior to this I was using Airtel broadband in Chennai which didnot claim a 25MBPS speed but it was satisfactorily fast. I called up the customer care few times but of no avail.
ACT’s speed is not even 10% i.e; 2.5 MBPS of 25 MBPS and they have successfully managed the speed test from from speed test providers. After a little research you will find a neutral speedtest which would show that the speed is not even 1-2 MBPS.
As I have no Airtel coverage in this part I feel trapped with ACT. It is scam more than reality
