ACT Support very bad

I took a connection from ACT Fibernet(ACT Blaze Plan) a week back, after paying fee for 6th months at once.


Installation experience was not very good, they came after 5 days asking for power and place at my residence for their Junction Box. Their engineer mentioned, they would take 7 more connections from this box. This was not revealed at the beginning.


The connection went down all of a sudden, Y’day evening. I tried calling their support numbers about 10 times, I am not able to reach them at all. Their support setup is very bad, there is no way to reach them for any support related assistance. E-mails sent before installation get response after 1 week, with a statement we are looking into the issues.


Overall the entire customer case management is very unprofessional and looks like they are only interested in getting money, once money is paid by customer, they just don’t care.
