Worst service provider, continues disconnect

This has been 6th time in last 2 months, service had been disconnected and remains there for a day or two.


Erery time they say, there is an issue with fibre in the region; not sure they take these many times same complaint and can’t resolve it. What a poor attention to them to the customer care! Persons who take call are helpless and ready to take all blame. Poor guys.
