ACT broadband - very poor in customer service

Summary: Account No: 102015321999 Sep’17: No connection from the 5th Sep to end of month. There were sporadic availability since 20th Sep, but irregular. I had contacted helpdesk multiple times on multiple dates and logged several service requests. All service requests were closed without issue resolution. Please check audit trail for my account. On my ACT App, I do not see any open or closed service requests, all have been removed by your team. On 18th Sep, I sent a mail to helpdesk to disconnect my connection at Sep month-end and to send me a revised bill for Sep calculating the waiver for the days service was unavailable. I was provided a revised bill of Rs 948/-, which I again negotiated for, and it was later changed to Rs 214/-. However, as the portal or ACT APP was not allowing me to pay Rs 214/-, I requested helpdesk to allow me to pay via any other means, to which I was told a person would visit me and collect cash, which never happened. On 5th Oct, a new bill amount for new month was notified to me, although a disconnection request was in place since 18th Sep. As far as I am concerned, I understand, I owe you Rs 214/-(revised bill amount for Sep’17); which would be paid, if a valid payment link is provided, or an individual can contact me and collect cash(he would need to provide a receipt). This would be the full and final payment. I would owe you no other amount. If you want to discuss, I am available at the number provided in my account details, however would request someone sensible, educated and mature individual to reach out to me. I have spoken countless times to your helpdesk agents in the month of Sep’17 and am frustrated, to say the least. I would like to settle this matter early, so would request to have the collection of Rs 214/- done at the earliest and provide me with an acknowledgement letter.


How do you dream to build a company on such shaky ethical values? Do you guys have no shame or any sense of gratitude towards your customer for allowing you a chance? If you think you can build a company like this, then you are wrong. You may be strong technically, however if your fundamentals are not clean and clear, you are as good as dead. You company will nose dive midway.
