No connection for 9 days from 03 June 2014( 13:52 hrs) to 12 June 2014( 12:35 hrs)


Customer Care no. 080 4284000, did not respond to numerous calls made, ultimately complaint was registered by Sales Manager Mr. Nagesh on 07 Jun 2014 & repaired on 12 Jun 2014.


It is also requested that ACTTV should immediately have a TOLL FREE NUMBER, to avoid customers to be kept on hold for long durations even up to over 10-12 mins at times. Cost of 1 minute call duration is Rs. 1.50. Hence, 100’s have been spent on calls to your Customer Care No. without hearing a human voice.


It is requested to revise the ADVANCE BILL payment for June 2014, and resubmit the same immediately for payment. Deadline of 15 June for payment of bill may not be met, without, the REVISED BILL.


Please take corrective measures. Ask your ACCOUNTS department to resubmit a revised Bill.
