I was using this connection in Indiranagar area.
every week two days there junction box will be down or cable issues.
on calling custome rthey answer like robots.no support.
Gave them twice chance after disconnection thinking they will improve.but truly a non professional company. U will be given a month free coneetion if u opt for disconnection but when again next month u face same problem.what is the point in having free connection when u dont get internet
U will give frustrated after talking to there customer care
Horrible service stay away from these guys.
