Its good untill you get an issue with it.

-Really really bad customer service.


-Really bad internal communication.


They have installed an junction box in my home. Had given strict instruction that come without calling will not be entertained. Still they do as they please.


Due to their outsourcing, each and every time different person comes to attend their junction box.


They promised me 15mbps but get only 2mbps. Ticket has been generated twice in the 7 days, still no action has been taken to address the issue.


They promised me that I could down grade my 6 months plans when i am pleased by them while taking the connection, n when I called after a month. they said it wasn’t possible.


if anybody planning for some broadband connection, do lookout for other option!
