Dear All, Please Don’t Ever Go For ACT Broadband. They are Day Light Robbers who act in their own whims and fancies and charge the customers. Please use 4 Eyes to review your billing amount as otherwise you would end up paying Excess. If you don’t do so, you are one of their Gullible customers. Please wake up and read the bill and save yourself from this Day Light Robbers. Happy to share more details.
Note: Dont waste your time in reaching CustomerService, Nodal officers etc. All these are part of the same deal and would never solve your problem. I suggest to reach out to TRAI with your complaint and got it resolved like how I have done. Happy to help on the process.
