Worst service

I wanted internet hence ordered it on line on 23rd of March... All the process including documentation, location also payment were done online... Received confirmation message also..


But no one responded one of my friend shared one of the executive contact number...through him I got another executive number his name is Venkat... He gave a different story stating that our area local cable operators are not giving permission, hence I had to coordinate with both act n local cable operator n sorted the issue... Later venkat said he would provide the connection... On 28th he changed the story only... There are not capable providing the connection for that why they have to make me wait for 5 days... N they are not refunding also... Hopeless service... Fraud Act company . When they can’t provide the connection how can they debit the amount when they are not capable why can’t they refund... Cheat company
