I’m using act broadband service here in Hyderabad. I have used almost 3 months but in very 5-6 days it’s server goes down. I can’t understand what the act people are doing in 1st month it was good but after that it became worst I have buyed 1050/- rs plan in first month download speed was around 70mbps and upload was 60mbps from second month it simply go down by 15mbps download and 10 mbps upload what they are doing on. When I called consumer care they are telling me 1-2 days to repair it it is very slow service to a consumer. Overall by seeing all these points. here is my review
Internet speed nice in 1st month but after it is bad
Connection would get only in some areas not all
Service is worst such a slow service
