I’m actually surprised at the low rating for ACT broadband. I’ve been using ACT for almost a year and i’m a satisfied customer. My plan has an FUP of 50GB at a speed of 30mb/s. I’d opted to pay anually, therefore, I get an additional 25GB every month. At 12, 000 a year, this is a steal.
A couple of times a month, the network goes down. But, usually, it gets fixed within the hour. In the last 10-11 months, the longest the server was down was for a day. Since, they are giving me the promised speed, I don’t really make a fuss even when the server goes down. A few of my friends who stay nearby are using ACT as well, and they haven’t had much of a problem either.
