Beware before taking new connection

Discuss about this issue before taking new connection.My user ID: 11176691


My Plan Limit: 20GB with 2mbps( After 20GB Limit 256 Kbps)I called Acttv customer support on 18th and found my usage was 15 GB, but on Acttv portal shows 21 GB. Because of 20 GB limit in my plan Broadband was dropped to 256 Kbps, but the fact is that in my account my Usage limit was still left with 5GBso started investigation and I am here putting the facts sheet below:


I got email from "ms.palazzo@acttv.in" on Sep 23, 2015 saying that my Usage was:- 28.04 GBI got another email from "girish.s@acttv.in " on Sep 28, 2015 saying that my usage was:- 23.38 GB


Is it possible that usage on


23rd - 28.04GB


28th - 23.38 GB


Is the act broadband Usage reading moves forward or backward? Please find the attached Image. Sending emails since last month to the following "ms.palazzo@acttv.in", "helpdesk@acttv.in", "nodalofficer@acttv.in",


"girish.s@acttv.in", "janya.gardenia@acttv.in"


Got Reply saying "Your issue was resolved" asked them, In what way they have resolved, .no reply. They don’t have answer for the "false usage shown".


So today Filed Complaint in consumer forum. copy has been sent to above email IDs. waiting from reply, .to proceed further.
