Pathetic customer service

I upgraded from 40 Mbps to 150 Mbps 5 months back still cable has not been changed even after calling several times, when I refuse to close the complaint they offered me disconnection. Very unprofessional and uncultured agents. I recommend people to switch to Airtel.
