Here is what I found out, ACT guys to save money most probably, shutdown ports at times when they see there are less traffic.
Mostly at night you’d find many are complaining about networking going off and it comes back in the morning. these guys shut off your service when people normally don’t use internet.
Sadly I use it all night and faced it 10s of times, that internet will suddenly go off and as there is no customer care after 11pm until next morning 8-9 you are done for. keep crying but no body will listen to you.
And guess what, it takes a minute to fix it. These guys will tell you we’ll send a team, some hardware issue, port not connecting etc. while in reality server side has switches which they turn on and off.
So yes they lie to you. when ACT works it is good, but inconsistency will eat your brain n make your hair go white.
If you are a normal user, Ok with internet going off every now and then . not a big deal.
you can go for it. otherwise be ready to buy high blood pressure medicines.
