ACT: The worst customer service.

The speed and plans of ACT are really very good. But still I will give it a negative rating for the customer service. Every month there will be no internet access at least for 4-5 days.


Also the customer care people have been trained for only 1 reply "Our team will contact you in 24 hours." Better go for some other connection -Airtel is good. The plans are higher than ACT but the service is really very good.


ACT sucks.
