ACT Broadband makes eyewash to customers

The screen shot above says nodal officer "Suresh" with contact details if called none responded me on this number after being in queue for 10 min. The speed is good but that should not be the only go for the product. Customer service is horrible.


They do send the bills to customer with their own view, never contact customer before making the bill and check which plan he wants to choose and how many months package he wish to enroll for .and when call back they just keep arguing rather than providing the solution.
