WORST SERVICE,APPELLATE AUTHORITY SEEMS TO BE FAKE

My internet connection went down on April 26, opened a ticket, no response for 2 days, then got a call and by that time I had gone out of station, so the response from the technician was he will fix the issue when I am back to Bangalore.


I cam back after around 10 days, and these guys have already closed my ticket without fixing the issue.


Opened another ticket, no response for days, I escalted to nodal officer, got a template reply saying that it will be fixed in 24 hours, but nothing happened, send multiple mails, always I used to get same textbook response but no one cared to turn up.


Escalated again to appellate authority, from there also I got textbook replies.


In between I have posted on their twitter handle also, there also I got similar response, and finally I decided to move to another provider and asked ACT to disconnect my service and very next day technician came and fixed the issue.


So it took 17 days to fix the issue.


I asked for waiving off the charges for this 17 days, they waived off around 150Rs, but in real they should have waived off atleast 700 Rs, I have sent multiple mails to them asking for the same but got no response from customer care, nodal officer and appellate authority.


After that also the service used to go own at least 1 time every week.


So basically ACT turns out to be a big fraud with absolutely no regards for the customers.


I am switching to other provider in a month or two, seeing options now.
