Worst customer support

CAF number is 226764, Date: 10-03-2015  It was promised verbally from the person who collected the CAF, that I would get the connection by 3 to 4 days. Still they are telling stories.


I have been calling C Care, since day 3 and still no use. The Customer Care executive blames their weak team which is their problem. Today, some one calls me(9742460541) saying that this would go 3 more days further. The promised date as per ACT records was 21 Mar 15. How ever, the Cabling to my home is done on 17th and the person who made the cable said that there is no much work pending, you would get your connection on 19th and activation would also be made on the same day. after long fight with Customer Care executives,


Today, a person by no 9538894224 informs me that the box installation would take one days time and then they would provide me the access for the Internet after a day of installing the box. This is very worst from ACT for Customers. As a paid customer I demand the Internet by eod.
