One of the worst service which I’ve never seen. Worst engineers and worst response even from the customer Care.
I tried calling an engineer "Mr Sethu raghavan" about 50 times and Amzadh best actor also but no response as well as same story repeated by customer Care.
Even the engineer will call after 2 days and he will say half an hour but makes time pass. I think there is no higher authority or good management to guide them properly.So my advice to ACT is to sell some tea or coffee with these people in theaters rather than this bullshit.
