Worst unprofessionally manged

I had applied for new connection on Friday 2 April 2015 and the ACT representative in BTM layout 2nd stage  area(sales guy name:- Naveen ph no: 9538883434) promptly collected the check promising a connection by Sunday 5 April 2015. No one came for the installation for four days. ACT seems to be highly unreliable and inefficient. The person who collected the check is not even reachable through phone now.


Now I am unable to trace that sales guy. it seems ACT is big fraud company. I cant see anybody coming for installation.  even customer care is very inefficient. Even I though I registered complain in Name of Naveen( ACT sales guy), they refused to take complain. finally I had to ask for refund. for this, they have 15 days ETA. I am not sure they will refund or not.


so I have very horrible exepriance with this company. especially their sales guy will be very easily accessible while collecting payment. Later for connection they will give u very tough time.


so I would request if u have any alternative option, please go 4 that. worst unprofessionally managed company with worst behavior.
