I have been using ACT(aka Beam) fiber net since 2011. I always face a problem when it is to deal with problems.
Recently they have installed a new switch, as the cable was not sufficient they have not connected my internet wire to the switch, the ACT fiber guy who generally comes when I register a complaint gave a careless response telling that other team will come and fix, I am trying to call them there number is busy, I am wonderingHow the number is busy, if they wish todo a serious business.
If they want us to pay the bill without delay, they have to serve us the same way.
