Here I am Sharing My 1st and True Experience with ACT Brad Band, It was my first experience with ACT Fiber internet, Which I had paid My ACT Fiber Internet Bill 2 Times, I have done my first payment, through Bharat QR Code Process, After that, I have logged into My ACT Account, and checked It, Im shocked, the bill still showing the same, I thought that My transaction details not updated, I did not even receive a message from ACT, I immediately talked to ACT customer care, they are the answer given to it Your payment details are not updated, They asked me for how could you processed the payments, I told them how did I Transfer the bill, I have sent my transaction details and also Ref.No, they told me that it will take 48 hours to check your transaction details, I asked her, Im not getting the internet right now what I have to do, she answered me that, you pay the bill again, If we know that you have made your first transaction successfully your amount will be refunded to your account, Well, I made the bill again, After a few days, they made my amount refund, I know ACT is a lot better according to my side and Its good internet provider in Hyderabad
