Descent Speed, worst customer service

I am using ACT broadband from last one year and believe me the speed is descent but the customer service is worst I’ve ever experienced.


Customer service executives dont at all take interest in their job. I use internet to execute my office works and just imagine the business hit and mental trauma I went through in the absence of internet for almost 5 days.


This is absolutely ridiculous...Hope ACT management improve after reading this....
