Very bad service, please don't choose ACT.

I have requested for a connection on 29th of September the sales person came to my home and collected the money for 6 moths INR 4850 along with the documents by giving me an assurance of activating the connection with in two days I have called him multiple times but never he picked the call and he was absconding from the scene. There was no update till 10th of October, I had called to the customer care for an update about my internet connection they replayed they will provide the connection today or tomorrow. Later I realized that all were falls commitment finally I have asked for the refund on 15th October still waiting for the money.
