I’m pretty happy with the speed. I’m Getting exactly 40 mbs. But the thing is that the connection is not reliable. Every week there would be a unplanned downtime of at least 12 hours. The connection would go off in the night around 8 PM and it would be up only by 12.00 PM the next day.
When I ask for the root cause I always get the same answer "Portal server was down sir and it would not happen again". But every week the portal server goes down with the same issue. They should fix this permanently.
Pros: Incredible speed when it works fine
Cons:
- Not reliable. I recommend to have back up internet connection
2. 24/ 7 customer support is not available. They support only during business hours.
