Worst Internet Connection and Service Ever

Yes, it is out of utmost frustration, that I am writing this review. Usually I dont write bad reviews, as I understand the various problems involved in running a business. But in this case, out of very deep frustration and helplessness that I feel at this moment, I am writing this review.


I was a customer of ACT even before. 2 years ago, the service was too good. But now, after acquisition of lot of customers, the customer service is at its worth. They just don’t care for you. I raised a complaint on May 9th that my internet connection is not working. It has been a struggle for me on a daily basis since that.


Daily evening, I come home, only to be frustrated that even on that day, my connectivity has not been rectified. You spend 20 mins to connect to the customer care, only to find that one more *hole is going to assure you that the connectivity will be rectified the next day.


And for the days, you are not using your connection, you can not even rebate the bill. Guys, frankly, beware before you get ACT connection.
