Dear friends, am Smruti from BTM layout area of Bangalore. I have been use Act brodband since last 1 year. Am paying Rs 750 for internet charge+ Rs 300/Month as mob charge Bcoz I use to call them daily for low connection/down connection.
Every day they are saying it wil not be happen in future. From bottom to top all are giving false commitment. In their team there is a person called Manohar & his manager Chettan, really irritated people. I don’t know any person are really there by this name or wrongly they are saying. Intentionally they are putting my call on hold for long time.
My suggestion to go for good service provider such like BSNL, AIRTEL or RELIANCE. even though you will pay little more rental but you will be hassle free & no harassment.
