I subscribed to ACT internet service almost more than a year ago. No issues or problems regarding the internet service, just a small glitch 2 times where the net stopped working all of a sudden for a while. But the customer care service is really poor.
Nobody answers. In case anyone answers, there would be no proper response. There will be assurance towards your problems that they will be solved, but they do not work towards those assurance. But I think it should not matter much because the internet service is really good. It gives you very less space to call up the customer care
