Act TV is good at making false promises before taking the connection. Moreover, they somehow manage to take an advance for 12 months by showing some carrots. Once your check gets realized then you have to be after them for the connection. Their support team is 3rd Class.
You will no doubt get a sms immediately on registering a complaint that their service executive would attend the call at the earliest but they time and again prove that the word "Earliest" is a relative term and it can range anywhere between 7-10 days.
They also create nuisance by fixing up the box in your terrace with a false assurance that it would be an exclusive box for your connection. Later on they come with the pretext of checking the box and its connection and split the connection for a new customers, all this without any intimation or your permission.
They will of course use your power for somebody elses connections. You would end up paying your power bills through your nose for the sake of ACT TVs prosperity.
After going through all this, I have just asked them to terminate the connection. Therefore, my sincere advice is, please go to any other ISP other than Act TV.
