Worst Customer Service.

I have already the valid customer of ACT fiber net in Bangalore. When I need one more connection to home at Bangalore I wanted to take another connection for the same. Here I’m cheated with the team ACT. They told called me up and said that they’ll provide the connection within 3 days if you pay money. I paid money to them on 25th of April. from then they started playing with me. They told after I paid money that they’ll give the connection within 5 days. After that every day they show me night mares.even 10 days have gone still the connection is not come to me.Everyday I’m asking the customer care about the connection, they told within 48 hours I will have the connection. Every promise is waste and the executive who have promised me he blocked my number. This is a nasty and worst behaviour which I haven’t faced with any of the company with their customers.I now decided that to disconnect the present connection also from the office also.
