My broadband is not working since 28 th Sep 2015 and complaint has been raised on 29 th Morning but till now issue is not been resolved and every time when I call to customer care they say that issue will be resolved today by 8 PM and that will never happen and we need to follow them up for the status update. When ever I call to customer care I get feedback that we will escalate the issue and make sure that issue will be resolved ASAP and if we ask to connect to manager they response will be like this "WE CANNOT CONNECT TO MANAGER HAS WE DO NOT HAVE OPTION OF FORWARDING THE CALL TO MANAGER, WE WILL RAISE THE REQUEST FOR CALL BACK FROM THE MANAGER YOU WILL GET CALL WITHIN 2 HOURS" BUT WE NEVER GET A CALL BACK FROM MANAGER" I think ACT needs to upgrade with the technology. One more interesting part is they do not have their employees details, if I ask for field engineer name and contact number they say " WE DO NOT HAVE THE DETAILS OF FIELD ENGINEER". some how I was able to get some details

If I ask manager they started playing blame game no one is ready to take the ownership and solve the issue.

I dont know why this is taking so long time almost 8 days and still counting to resolve the issue, where as other service provider never takes so much of time to resolve the issues. Has we are working professional and we heavily depend on internet for our daily transaction and work.
I strongly recommend not to go with ACT Broadband has their service S*S.
