I am a user of act broadband.
My plan ( act incredible) permits 100 gb data at 60 mbps as fair usage policy. And after follow up, the download speed drops to 1 mbps.
As until 25th march, i had consumed around 50 gb of data, leaving around 50 gb data still available in my fup.
My data usage was reset from around 50 gb to 0 gb a little before 2.30 pm march 25th .
When i discovered the irregularity. It was confirmed to me by the customer care, that as a special offer from act broadband my data usage was reset to 0 gb.
At around 10.30 pm( 6 hours later) march 25th, i found my data usage showing 110 gb and speed drops to 1 mbps!
Within 6 hours, 100 gb at 60 mbps, and 10 gb at 1 mbps was consumed.
When i enquired as to this issue, i was given excuses that somebody was using my wifi unknowns to me .
even so, is it possible to consume 100 gb at 60 mbps and 10 gb at 1 mbps all in a matter of 6 hours?
Act broadband blames me and is now giving me less than 1 mbps speed even though i pay for premium . This is the state of service provided by act broadband.
