Be smart, dont ACT!!

I got ACT broadband even after hearing about the pathetic service. I imagined given so much time in the area they wouldve improved. Ohh, how wrong I was. My connection was active on 28th June 2013 and got disconnect four days later on 2nd July, and it hasn’t been fixed yet. I made two phone calls to customer care. One technician did come on 6th July, said the cable was cut and left. its the evening of 8th July and I am still without  internet.


The customer correspondent who had come to talk about the connection said most issues are resolved in 4 hours !!!, talk about  false promises . The customer care said, 24 working hours, seriously ?? what do they work for, 2 hours a day, 4 days a week? If you are planning to take ACT broadband connection, take it only if your immediate neighbours have it and after you have spoken to them.


Otherwise, its just a waste. ticket no, 1829427.
