I wish I had read the reviews earlier. First of all, I should have thought twice when the sales guy Mr. Mohan was so indifferent. Later on the connection was activated and they changed the black box 2 times saying it has Mac id issues, all the while I had disrupted service of 4 times in 10 days, and I was being charged for all the non-service time. I am thinking of taking these guys to Consumer court for all the trouble and hindrance in my work.
They keep passing the buck and field service guys stop taking your calls after some time. They do not respond, and all the while you are being charged @rs40/day even while there is no service. I had an extremely reliable BSNL service, though slow, I never had non-connectivity issues. I highly recommend that this company be shown the door. All they have is 100s of customer service and Field service technicians going around changing boxes and selling routers and locking in people for 6 months.
We need a class-action lawsuit against these guys. Even though I purchased this connection 12 days back, I was forced to buy an Airtel 3g connection and am using tethering for doing my work, which is highly reliable and gets the work done, while I am thinking of reinstating my BSNL connection. These ACT guys should close their pyramid scheme shop and go to hell, for all I care. Guys, trust me and never never listen to anyone who says. I did not go to read the reviews because I heard good things from a reliable source( unfortunately, it was second hand info that he had, and he himself did not get the connection after he heard my experience).
Guys, Please Please Please, save yourself the heartache and frustration and all sort of negative emotions.These guys are total rip-offs and crooks of the nth order. I am going to ask for a full refund, and ensure that these* pay me for the loss caused.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE, NO AVAILABILITY AND COMPLETE RIP-OFFS. I want to know which joker is heading this company, ACT - TAKE BACK YOUR BOXES AND REFUND MY MONEY, AND GO TAKE A HIKE!
