Worst Customer Service

Initially I thought Act will provide good customer service with good connection, but my thought was wrong, Service will keep getting interrupted and speed of the internet is not constant, if you call customer service they take at least 24 hrs to resolve the issue every time. please don’t buy for commercial connection there is no difference in service.


Sometimes speed looks good but not throughout the day, it slows down if you continuously use the internet and if you are IOS user, your data will fly in fraction of minutes.


Review on Internet: Average


Customer Service: Worst(no follow up or call back will be made, only in case of sales or disconnection you will receive a call)
