I was using this service before it changed its name, they are not committed towards what they say. When ever I had problems with my internet even after repeated calls, field technician never came on the commited time always delayed.
When delayed I have several times asked for compensation, why should we let our data simply go, because of them they never gave that too. No proper escalation matrix, even the nodal officer gives false commitments. Something is seriously wrong with the field executives, they need to take care.
