Very poor after sales service they installed new connection in my home just worked for 1 day , they took full payment and since then I am calling them numerous tines that my internet is not working but every time I get same reply engineer will come to yr place when they cant answer as they are call centre guys appointed by this company to answer the customers. They don’t even give engineers number.
Pathetic service.
My bad luck that I chose this broadband.
