Please refrain from buying an ACT broadband connection for the following reasons.
High speed, but no internet connectivity for most of the days - Last month there was no internet service for almost 7 days.
You are billed even for the days when the service was not available. How can someone reach the subscribed limit when there is no service. So most of your limit is left unused.
No service on weekends. Last month the service was down on most of the weekends. Well, do they expect us to go to office on weekends as well?
You account will be put into a suspend state even though you pay the bill on time.
The above listed issues are not just experienced by me alone. A lot of people in my area using ACT are facing this issue.
Every other day some thing or the other goes down. Main link, up link, junction box etc. Its been 7 days since the ACT internet service has been restored at my sisters house. God knows how many more going through this pain.
