Trapped by low prices and unbelievable speeds offered. ACT Broadband (My Cmr ID: 10516478). Net has been running for 3 weeks things where great, Last week net was non existent.Registered a complaint with the cmr care( Complaint ID821164). Called up 15-20 times in spite of promises of restoring the connection every time I call up.
Nothing has happened for the past 15 days. Not one single call by the service provider to check out and rectify the issue.
At the time of taking connection things where very smooth things happened in a days time.
This is the worst provider for Internet. This is a scam as they provide you service for a month and later leave you high and dry.
Guys please do not at any point take this connection in spite of what their offer is as its better off to stick to a Tata, Airtel, for all the doubter who is reading this and thinking that this is an article from a competitor kindly call up the ACT cmr care and check the no of times I have called up the cmr care, now they keep all my calls on hold permanently.
To escalate my plight I did take the nodal officers no which is posted on the net by the company surprisingly the numbers do not even get connected.

As an advice to anyone reading this and planning to opt for ACT I strongly recommend that the service can be looked away as its not worth the time going behind them. and end result is a sense of loss and despair both monetary and emotional.
