Lets say you have choosed 1140/month plan. Once the interruption happened( they usually call it fiber cut) and it happens if wind blows at the speed of 150kmph or a normal rainfall in your area or they tell any story that you need to believe. You will immediately call the customer care of act broadband Bangalore 08042840000. Phone will not connect you call ten Times on the same day 10times/dayx5.00rs/each call= rs 50/- for day
1 . Lets say your call got connected on day
2 . The pumpkins sitting at the customer care will hear your problem nicely and tell you your complaint will be resolved on next day before 8 pm.
At this point you will relaxed assuming your issue will be fixed tmrw. But the next day you will not receive a call. So you Will try to contact the customer care again 10times/dayx5rs/each call= rs 50/- for day 2. Lets say your call got attended on day 2, you will ask about the status of your first complaint.
They will say concerned technician will attend you as per your time convenience regarding your issue and fix it by 8 pm next day. If you are a bachelor and you are doing 9 to 9 pm job, you have to take halfday leave in your office to receive the technician to your house as told by the customer care. So you Will wait, lets assume your half day salary is min rs 500/day. Its going to be wasted because no technician will visit your house. Now you will slowly began to experience the taste of real frustration.
You will again call the customer care to give serious warning, now also the same calling bill 50rs, lets say you got connected to customer care luckily, those pumpkins again promise you like supreme court judge that tomorrow at any cost technician will attend at your convenient time and fix your issue. Again you will believe them and sacrifise half day of your ofc work., again half day salary Will be lost. Congratulations, at this point you wasted money more than your act monthly bill.
In a simple words you cannot contact customers care, if you contacted successfully, customer care agents will not listen your complaint, if they have successfully listned your complaint, they will not resolve the issue, if they successfully resolved the issue, you will again face the same issue next day. Its a cycle process where you loose money and time and as a bonus you will get mental. Never ever never choose this service
