I called ACT customer care to disconnect my internet server on 19/8/2019 . Your team closed the ticket on 22/8/2019. Can you give me the details why did you guys didnt disconnect my internet service?. How did you guys close the ticket without doing anything? .
But to make money from the customers your team raised a ticket on 1/9/2019 and closed on 3/9/2019 so that they can bill the customers to make money . I am not going to pay the "previous due i.e. Rs53.80" If you want to disconnect my internet go ahead and do it .
