Monthly price for 25GB is 1150 inclusive of tax with 500 for installation charge with no WiFi router.
Sales person told me 13800 Rs I get 40 GB per month for 12 months free installation charge and WiFi Router. They came on the next day got the connectivity but without no WiFi Router. I have been chasing them with no proper response, over phone, email, text.
What a pathetic erratic service!Speed seems to be ok, no lags or buffering while watching video with good quality video/audio.
After several months of use, during the recent cyclone their service has been totally damaged with still no connectivity. Connection was down from Dec 11 until today(2nd January 2017) . do you believe this?
Repeated email gets this kind of response: it will take 3-6 days.Never rely on these kind of service providers, biggies like AirTel, Vodafone, BSNL are always better though we pay little more.
Nov-19-2018: Connection often drops and speed as well, so need to get another connection from another ISP for backup. Their hub often drained out of battery hence if there is any powercut you don’t get internet connectivity though you have backup. They don’t have any uptime policy it seems or not so serious doing this business. Let us wait for Jio to bleed everyone.
