Pathetic Service

I had registered a complaint where in ACT Fiber net; there is NO connectivity since SUNDAY dated 22-Jul-2018. When I was trying to check the status of the complaint just to attend the call it took > 10 mins! which is ridiculous. There was pre-recorded message which kept on playing stating all Customer Care Rep’s are busy. I don’t care how busy are they; where in just to take a CC call; taking > 10 mins; today itself I made around 3 calls & every call in an average took ateast 9 mins to attend. I always hear the issue will get resolved in next 24 hrs which NEVER HAPPENS. When I asked the customer care agent to pass the call to his supervisor; he failed to transfer since the so called supervisor was busy with other calls!

Offlate, service from ACT FIBER net is deteriorating from BAD TO WORST. For such P1 issue; you are quoting SLA of 24 – 48 HOURS! Not sure from which part of the world you are serving your customer. Now, I seriously need to think of changing the service provider to a better one who has atleast reasonable SLAs rather than giving such unrealistic / unacceptable SLAs for resolving P1 issues.


Though I sent several mails; but surprisingly not even a single response I got on my issue. I have been customer of ACT from past several years & all my bills always pay on time never had any outstanding amount. Now, service is disrupted from past 3 days which is causing lot of inconvenience to my day-to-day work.
