WORST SERVICE

I am a new customer from Chennai, having subscribed to ACT Fibernet just a month ago. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.


Actually ACT takes power from buildings who give the unfortunately the person who was feeding the power to box vacated the premises and disconnected the power. Since then, Ive raised multiple complaints and contacted customer care several times. Most calls went unanswered, and on rare occasions when an agent responded, I was assured the issue would be resolved within 4 hours. However, no action was taken, and no callbacks were received despite promises.


Due to the lack of response and resolution, I was left with no choice but to request a disconnection.


Following this, I received a call from the escalation team requesting permission to draw power from my premises. Unfortunately, my house owner did not permit this. I was then assured that the disconnection would be processed the same day. It has now been over five days, and even the disconnection has not been completed.


This entire experience reflects a serious lack of process, accountability, and customer support. I sincerely hope ACT Fibernets management takes note of this and addresses the systemic issues affecting service delivery.
