Pathetic customer care. Most of the time number will be busy.
Whenever we reach them they will respond with a poor response time to fix the issue.minimum 48hrs.
They have placed the junction box in a house where there is no proper power facility which fails atleast thrice a week.
A guy from ACT Fibernet will come and fix it within 2 mins, but they will never think of giving a permanent solution. Pathetic service people.
Every week we used to lodge atleast 3 complaints in order to get the connection back.
Every weekend, the internet will fail and it will never comeback till Monday afternoon.
Once I have asked a customer support guy to transfer the call to a senior officer inorder to brief him on the situation and the guy has transferred it to another executive who gave the same response. I have the recording in which the so called senior officer blabbering his designation as "Customer support executive .Oh no no!. customer support leader!" . Dont know where these guys are leading the so called "Incredible fast" . I would rate and review ACT Fibernet as "Incredible failure" . Will wait for one more month if it continues I will publish the recording to Youtube with an Imba title and make it go viral.
