Does not encourage customer interaction

Their service is good but support is poor as there is no/less customer interaction. They are only busy closing tickets rather than adressing issues.There could be other customer issues, but they do not address those. They don’t even bother to call back if we re-open the ticket.


I am happy with the service as Internet speed is good and connection is reliable. But very unhappy with the customer support. I wish they improve on it. Else they will have all closed tickets but no customers.
